Important information for ISO transition dates!
Today we wanted to share some important news about certain ISO standard transition dates that might impact your business.
We have received news that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the IAF will be extending the transition/migration deadlines to the following standards:
• ISO 45001:2018 - deadline extended by 6 months to 30th September 2021
• ISO 50001:2018 - deadline extended by 6 months to 31st January 2022
• ISO 22000:2018 - deadline extended by 6 months to 31st December 2021
This is great news for anyone currently transitioning to the updated versions of these three standards, as it allows some time to address the impact of the global pandemic, and perhaps update your management systems to accommodate this new, and unprecedented risk.
